Yeah, the powercliff is too much, but unfortunately It Is what It is.
Now all the gods and alike are going to be totally overpowered.

Imu didn't no sell attacks from 6 top tiers. They just don't know the secret to damaging that blob. Once we know the key to damaging that thing who knows even Chopper might be able to do it.

It makes sense as he seemed to drift towards making the series a little bigger than it was before, if that sounds right?
Like before it seemed like Luffy becoming the PK was the end goal, but now it's a little more than that due to the Joyboy and Nika prophesies, along with Luffy having another dream that seems to come after he's the PK.
It's just a matter of when Oda decided to shift from having the PK dream be his main thing to having this other stuff happen.

Thinking Roger would ever be the top of this manga was always stupid.

If you’ve played Dark Souls 3, Roger is like Champion Gundyr. The failed hero who was never destined to be the main hero, and FAR weaker than the strongest in the verse.
