The only way Luffy could have hyped Zoro more would have been if this happened:

We'll see some really cool special techniques in the next chapter, from Zoro against a thorny forest, to Luffy, to Loki. But Sanji will only destroy small thorns. Oda doesn't like creating techniques for Sanji.

It seems to be confirmed that Zoro at the end of the manga will most likely be as strong as Luffy and stronger than Loki.

How do you know Luffy is gonna surpass Loki?
