Have you ever read a final fight of a big arc? That part alone tends to be 1/3 if not 1/2 of the arc. Onigashima in particular was, but WC and DR/WC too.

In Dressrosa Luffy vs Doflamingo began in chapter 752--> the arc ended almost at 800; in WC Luffy vs Kata started in 878 --> the arc ended in chapter 902. I trust I don't have to quote Wano.

In every major arc where the mugis are present, they get - as they should - a major fight. Sometimes there is an exception for lower mugis, but not for major ones.
They have already passed their major fight in EH, so other than Erbaf clearly being a major arc, it won't happen now.
