I think there’s a decent chance Luffy destroys Ragnir in his battle with DR Loki and that Hajrudin ultimately ends up getting the powers of Ratatoskr.
I say this because Ratatoskr wasn’t the weapon of the War God, he was the War God’s sidekick and partner. This is basically what Hajrudin should be to Loki, as Harald wanted them to both work together for the betterment of Elbaf.
Also, Ratatoskr’s power is functionally useless with Loki, as it is clear Loki’s main power comes from the Nidhogg.
I think Loki could get a replacement for Ragnir from the Galley La, as we know they used hammers.
I’ve been trying to figure out exactly how Oda wanted to make Hajrudin relevant. Him obtaining Ratatoskr’s powers and fighting alongside Loki, like the original Ratatoskr did with War God makes the most sense.
