Multiverse General How Many Naruto Villains are Better Villains Than Doflamingo?

Sasori is cool and probably better than most OP villains, but I think he's pretty undercooked compared to Doffy. Sure, we see how Sasori's parents dying affects him, but there's not really much beyond that, which is kind of generic for all Nardo characters. Lady Chiyo mentions that Sasori becomes the way he is because of the hidden sand and it's flaws, but we never get to see what that really means aside from being a country at war, and it's not like Sasori has something necessarily noble or rebellious to him. He just kills the Kage because he wants a puppet, and joins the Akatsuki because... why not, I guess? Doffy's backstory has a lot more going for him, it's unique in how he sees both the "best" of the world, and the worst. We get to see how he even ends up killing his own father and brother, with that tying into how cold and ruthless he is in the story itself, because you can't really go back after that. His powers generally have more time to do cool versatile stuff, which is fun, and he gets taken out in a more impressive fashion than Sasori, even showing a new power in awakening. He's just generally more iconic and memorable, and I like the Joker asthetic more than a sadboy one.
Well Itachi isn't a villain, at most he's an antihero, so I wouldn't even include him.
Madara is pretty fun and charismatic, but I think he gets screwed over by being weirdly in the middle of Obito and Kaguya. Obito does all the plot relevant shit through the story, and Kaguya manipulated everything that happened or whatever. So he doesn't feel like the ultimate evil that everything has been building up too, nor does he feel like the guy who's super connected to all the plot and shit. It's just kind of awkward position, where we know Madara survived Hashirama, but all that lead to was him being in a cave. Doesn't really sit right with me, and I honestly don't think I would even say I like any of the villains from the Nardo final war more than the Yonko, let alone Doffy.
