What I mean is the pecking order went from Lucci being an extreme diff win for Luffy (though Luffy also needed Usopp's help), to Pacifistas being an extreme diff win for the ENTIRE CREW, to those Pacifistas being bullied by people like Urouge and random WBP fodders.
That wasn't to say that every character got powercreeped by the Pacifistas, I'd reckon even fat Moria who was by far the weakest Warlord could manage to beat a couple Pacifistas with his hax, but it was just an example of most pre ts characters being powercreeped by them.
I argue about this with you specifically since you claim that Doflamingo and PH Law couldn't have been powercreeped that fast, but there's a reason why Oda gave Law and Luffy 1B combined from defeating Doffy and then proceeded to introduce characters with 1B and above so as to show that they're the next level and are all above Doffy in their own ways (or at least, a good chunk of them are).

Y'all say this but you never want Usopp to do anything to put himself above Yasopp EoS. You constantly shoot down matchups like Usopp vs Killingham and heckle people who say it will happen, and I even saw Soupongo insinuating that Usopp won't 1v1 Van Augur.
None of you actually believe he'll surpass or even match Yasopp in power EoS because none of you will just understand that he's obviously going to have to fight some tough opponents to get to that level.

Seems to be the most likely outcome at this point. And to toot my own horn:
Zoro actively leading 1.8B Brogy, 1.8B Dorry, New Giants Captain (Super Mercenary, Prince of Elbaph) Hajrudin & New Giants Vice Captain Stansen with his AdCoC definitely puts him a bit beyond 2B. Add that to his prior Elbaph and Egghead feats and I really do see his level at the 3B level.
Sanji is tapping in to his (presumed) CoC for the first time and should reach 2B level.
Jinbei will become the new leader of the Mid level ahead of Robin, Franky & Brook. All of them will be regarded as incredible pirates in their own right so I bet Robin & Brook will also get cool feats.
As for Usopp, Nami & Chopper I've lost all hope. They are like Gloriosa or Stussy of Rocks pirates, GOATS of Grandline level but nothing special at New World level.

Beating someone with FS luffy did that shit to a Boa sister even before the timeskip .
