There´s not really a logistic error here. The ¨Joyboy pirates¨ aren´t really a ceiling for the SHP, that narrative and prophecy shit is honestly for goofy alone. Oda actually went out of his way to reiterate Zoro/Sanji being Rayleigh/Gaban parallels in this very arc, with the mural and all the Imcel shit. The SHP basically have no role in that story.

(Also, I don´t buy Emmeth being like franky because he´s a cyborg lol. Emmeth is probably his main crewmate, the AK was all about tech or whatever)
