Franky already had a comparable opponent to Jinbe in Wano(arguably weaker though, and he won with much more difficulty) and now with the super cola boost, not only he can lift much higher, but his attack is compared to Jinbei's(boosted by water environment?).

Btw it doesn't seem like DR boost haki, so the haki shield Roger and Garp were struggling to overcome might have been Xebec's all along

CoC gets stronger has the user get stronger. So Xebec got stronger. Just like Luffy CoC grow when he got awakening. You getting stronger makes your CoC stronger. Rayleigh told us this.

Idk why are people complaining about powerups, have they forgotten W7 and EL. Apart from Zoro who gets buildup for his powerup how many other SHs actually get that? The way Oda wanted the powerups to go was shown in Wano.
Pure power is still a thing or did people forget Emeth breaking Warcurys tusk in EH.

Shame Usopp isn't there, I would've thought he'd get paired with Hajrudin seeing as he's already on good terms with all of the giants that were relevant pre-Elbaph. Hope we get to see some more cool large-scale Zoro attacks. Always nice to get updated or new Santoryu attacks.
