My personal pick would be BB or Akainu, they have the most ties to Luffy.

We neglect every other part of the story and go straight to Imu and every stupid fan theory people make about Imu is correct.

He is a woman, and he wants to marry Vivi because she reminds him of Lili, and the real story is Joyboy loves Lili and Imu was a Chad and stole her.
