Questions & Mysteries “Ryuma slayed niddhog/God of war” theory officially debunked

World's Strongest Swordsman
So you're telling me there's another secret dragon ryuma killed and it was nidhogg? And also, the onigashima skull is actually God of War's?

So just like Ryuma killing a dragon sets up Zoro killing Kaido

Ryuma killing the secret boss fight Nidhogg dragon sets up Zoro killing DR Loki?

@TheD. @Elder Lee Hung @Loki D. Terror Godamnnn, lvls of IQ are being broken here lmfao
Morj literally made a video on this

Loki is only 2x base harald in his hybrid mode and the onigashima skull is not like a dragon.

ZKK was an assumption about what was going to happen that turned out to be wrong. Which dragon Ryuma killed is supposing which was involved in something that already happened. It could also be wrong, but we don't know if or how yet
It’s also probably manufactured since Kaido had a Wano architect make his house-he had blueprints
And yet no one mentioned that Kaido made it?

Why do you think there's a reason for it to have had a different name, in that case?

Onigashima skull being God of War skull is mental asylum worthy take.
Eh it is still possible if OG ancient giant was monstrous. But if that is that case his nidhogg transformation will even dwarf current loki and it will legit be continent level so it debunks the notion ryuma fought god of war. Anyways the dragon has 0 connection with nidhogg. Opposite color , different design etc.

An OG Ancient Giant REALLY huge might was possible, but the God of War by the hands of Ryuma? mental asylum take

What even is a “normal dragon” in the world of OP lmfao. These things are so rare that Ryuma slaying a “normal dragon” would absolutely be a historical feat, how many dragons have we ever even heard of in the OP world that weren’t made by devil fruits, or weren’t the result of scientific meddling. These things are mythically rare, so yes Ryuma slaying some random inconsequential Wano dragon is absolutely 100% possible and 100% probable.

This is just like when people thought Akainu scarred Kaido lmfao, 100% improbable from the start. As soon as y’all realize Oda’s world is a bunch of completely disconnected worlds and histories plagiarized from irl mythologies, the sooner you see through his illusions. Oda will not cross Nordic and Japanese mythologies, name literally 1 other time in the history of the manga this has happened lol.
Killingham is one example, despite being a guardian of eastern culture, fits better on Wano, but Oda decide the World Government going to get it and show up on Elbaph.

Oda could have done something with Zoro´s heritage and Ryuma, but he didn´t in the four years of Wano. Oda pretty just made a reference to his one shot and did nothing with it. There´s a reason that Oden, Kaido and King didn´t talk about Ryuma, but Joyboy instead, it´s because Oda has Joyboy being relevant in the future plot of the manga when Ryuma isn´t. That isn´t to say that we should assume he´s weak, but thinking that we´ll get huge lore drops about him in Elbaf after not doing so in Wano isn´t happening. Oda just isnt that guy, his goal at this point is probably rushing for an ending, not explaining every little thing he didn´t do in previous arcs

Not much to say if not that I totally agree based on what we know now.

Here the major proofs for Ryuma not being let alone from the first world (likely thousands of years ago), but just even from the Void century: https://www.reddit.com/r/OnePiecePowerScaling/comments/1rgdhaj
I think he probably was from the void century, just because there’s not really a better place to put him. We know Wano was relevant in the void century. Is Oda just going to create some random new samurai who will be Joyboy’s ally? Doesn’t make sense.

Problem is zori fans think just because ryuma lived in ancient era, he's god tier and in the same league as joyboy, davy jones, god of war etc, when that's not the case.

Why would Joy Boy need a samurai ally anyway, though?

TBH, I think all hints to Ryuma not being of the void century, even if we exclude the explicit information in the magazine. Not that this is bad for him: he alone de facto protected Wano.
