If you think Juliet is the epitome of town purity then by all means defend her posts and content and shield her with your physical body if you feel that strongly about it. But "people not letting her have breathing room" is not actually defending Juliet's play - it's shading the people who are suspecting her for non-AI reasons, and it says much more about you than it does her.

Would you say that this is shading too?

Reloaded, Rej, Pot Goblin -> please vig/poison/burn/cut/det them or whatever Pokémon ability you have.

These players, the way I see it, will be challenging in becoming readable. We need to clear up such slots. E. g. Pot Goblin even said that he's not built for these games anymore. Reloaded has to be asked 5 times to provide reads. Rej can't catch up.

You could argue that Yoho should be put there too, I won't oppose strongly.

AlwaysMind is the biggest offender, he saw that I'm accusing him, he was making posts directly next to mine, he never reacted, he did not make a single post where he helps the Town determine someone's allegiance - that's why I'm suggesting to lynch him. Hockey game ended, now is time to count the goals.

You could argue "but ginger, scum doesn't play like that, they usually have some agenda!" - yeah, no, then this game becomes not about finding mafia but praying that you interpret someone's fluff correctly 😅

With current threadstate, scum is only few decent posts away from gaining a position/appear more solvy than 1/4 or even 1/3 portion of playerbase.

Tepig at least did something bold with going at Flower, but I'm open to discussion.

There are so many stronger townreads for Juliet thrown around which I think are unproportional to what she played, that I'm starting to think she's just a townie spewed by the thread.

Like, Juliet has plenty of posts which can be written in both factions, as they do not relate to the current game, but more like to mafia theory.

Those players who are good looking as town regardless on what alignment they are, usually I start to get paranoid of them later in the game whenever I see them alive for a long time thinking they would be powerwolfing. I noticed any active player who is getting town read and is still alive, I notice turns out to be scum.

I've been doing good too and have been busy. Weekends and Thursdays are the only days that are good days for me to play mafia and we're pretty much on the same boat because I don't think I'll be able to give it my all once when Monday-Fridays comes.

Town hunting is more easier than scum hunting, especially when alot of players here play weird and I'm at the point where I have to think is this scummy town or actually scum. Once when I have a confident scum read like from the last game I played here from 2 years ago I will vote that player. In the meantime all I can do is vote a null read.

I'll see if I can update my reads later near the end of the day if I have time.

Everyone else haven't gotten a read on.

Reloaded has been hard to get a read on lately. I remember him used to being active. I think he was active as both alignments from before.

Some of those players I feel the same way because they are good at looking town regardless of alignment. I'm still in catchup mode and I just realized charlie's claim. The claim feels towny and I think he could be town too. I've never seen scum with a role like that on what he claimed.

Can you explain on what feels off about ginger? I never played with them before and I thought they looked towny and I put them on town lean.

@Rej How are you doing? It's been a long time we've played together. I'm looking forward to seeing more from you and hopefully I can be able to get a read on you.

It would benefit us all if you would strive to be more than just a spambot posting readslists and actually engaged with the finer points of the game. While I can glean a great amount of enjoyment from our banter, the other kids don't have fun playing with you and don't want to invite you to their birthday parties.

I never gave a read on Reloaded in this game. Back when I used to play before I stopped playing, I was able to get a read on Reloaded and he was a new player at that time. The last game I played here before I stopped playing which was I think 3 or 4 years ago, he got better playing as scum and I wrongly town read him in that game. 2 years ago Naomi invited me to play and I played just 1 game on that year and couldn't get a read on Reloaded.

The forum has general timeout/lag problems lately.
Not device-related in my experience.

It's really hard to play when everytime I need to connect twice and most of the time come back to it in 10 minutes.

Anyway, I think it was @Jan - regarding the Juliet read, now obviously things can change but Juliet was what I would call a "nervous scum". She wouldn't leave many openings but struggled a bit with getting that sort of free-flowing posting stream going, where she would offer independent thoughts without being prompted to. That's sort of what I was seeing earlier, I don't think it makes her lock town or anything but given what we have to work with, I'm going to need to make some assumptions on some slots as too many are not present, and that's one I'm comfortable with making. This meta was fairly well known so while it could and probably is some TMI if she's heavily town read, it's not a complete aberration for people to be confident off of what you perceive to be rather lightweight.
