Future Events When Will Zolo Complete His Dream of Achieving Green Bull’s Side Quest?

Share your thoughts. Realistically there are two arcs left in OP after Elbaph, there is the Raftel Arc, and then the Final War/Mariejois Arc. Will Zolo be able to achieve Gigabull’s side quest before the end of the series?

I think Forging a sword black is going to be his last power-up.
It's the thing his ancestor Ryuma and his final adversary and master Mihawk did, and that set them apart from the rest. Forging a BB and achieving his dream are connected.

I don't know exactly when, though I would say after Shiliew for sure (assuming the fight is going to be centred on CoO rather than CoA). Also, I don't know if Zoro is going to forge black all his swords in one go or in different fights.

I'd say anyway:

1) Get better in CoC
2) Get FS against Shiliew
3) Finally, forging his sword(s) black.

1 and 2 are interchangeable, but the Kokuto step will always be the last one.

then afterwards with his 3 black blades he will have to face GB who is a step up above mihawk (black blade + logia)

The suspicion I've held is that one must defeat a black blade to have a black blade, and that this would be the reason why Shanks doesn't have one.

Separately I think Mihawk is actually before Zoro's last fight in the series.
