This live action is more of the same we got last season. As always, Luffy is a character that’s basically impossible to pull off in live action. For what it is, this is as good as it can get.

Let's be honest, it was fault producer of 1 and 2 episodes. She basically used 2 points of view whole 2 episode. Actors didn't knew what they need to do. While from 3 episode things gone much much better

apparently, the dude was slim and looked enough like beckman when he was first cast. But then he got some kind of disease/condition that made him gain weight like that. so either because he was under contract, or out of loyalty/pity, they still kept him as the actor

I did not watch everything yet, but wwhatever I watched I guess everyone would also agree Smoker was the highlight so far, Mr.3 too.

Dialouges and delivery suck man...Dragon and his whole scene and dragon himself felt very cheap for the impact it should create.
They need to work on Impacts better, dragon with wind power taking away smoker was so undersold..

Acting wise I see same issue with others, feels like cheap acting to me.

to me it’s the same issues that all other modern adaptations are facing, the directors just suck and it sucks the atmosphere out of the production

it’s interesting because all of the actors individually are great at their jobs in other projects, but the directing kills this production.

idk if anyone watched the shitty pjo live action but the exact same thing, a lot of potential ruined by bad directing. it’s been that way for so many adaptation shows now but they all have bad directors and so the show sucks.
