How much of Wano do you think was Planned out by Oda? and how much do you think was changed as it went on? either by Oda, his Editor, or both? and what do you think was going to be the plot points of Wano in the beginning?

They didn't involve Law, Kid or any of the Worst Generation.

That much we know for certain, as the Supernova were late additions on the feedback of Oda's editor at the time, Onishi (former Gintama editor).

The Worst Generation were never intended to be as consequential as they were. Oda planned to kill off most of them to show how tough the New World was, but changed his mind over time.

Imo BM was not initially planned to be beaten in wano. It is also possible oda initially only wanted Luffy to awaken ACOA and beat Kaido with it and awakening. Then added ACOC later on.

Tbh I don't think so.
There are basically 3 flat out solemn declarations at WC on Luffy beign the one who in the future would have come back and beat BM. One even at the end or the fight against Katakuri, so near the end of WC.

I think Oda changed his idea very end of WC/beginning of the Reverie and said "fuck, I don't want another arc with BM and I don't want her in Erbaf".

That's why we got her in Wano.

Not to debate timing or details, but I think it only grows more obvious that any consideration of ZKK had to face the reality of Oda knowing that he'd be killing Luffy's perceived popularity and so he simply needed Luffy to Big Punch Kaido on principle.
