Personally when I took a break, I had recently found out that when you have trauma over a long period of time, the nervous system stores it, and mine just got released by some things, so I was dealing with re-experiencing it as it was being released, and then some people here were particularly negative, and I was like it doesn't make sense to deal with that, ans then have to make an effort to get past that negativity, you never know
