The WG didn’t know about him until after Ennies Lobbies.

They didn’t even know what he looked like until after the timeskip.

Keeping him out of the spotlight was a deliberate choice that predated the concepts of 11 Supernova and Worst Gen.

You’re upset he wasn’t part of a pay off that never involved him in the first place because he had his own storylines going - some of which still unresolved.

+ Sanji had his 1v2 against King and Queen anyway, it should be enough. If Sanji was there aswell it would make Luffy look even worse in this 1v10 situation.
