This thread legit exists because of @Pot Goblin posting the words "floating island Yano" and my brain exploding.
So for long time making theories about Shiki was pretty much wild guesswork. Chapter 0 is canon, which gives us a lot, but that was over a decade ago.
Then came the loki flashback. Since that flashback, we have gotten three pieces of information that are very important for this thread
1. Confimation Shiki has the Float Fruit.
2. The existence of Shiki's homeland, Yano.
3. That the Golden Lion is still alive.
We know that Wano is the One Piece equivalent of Japan, and that Kano, Sai's homeland, is the equivalent of China. This will be important in the future, as Momo and Sai, leaders of their respective nations, know each other through Luffy, and can use this as a base for peace talks and an alliance.
So, I'm guessing Yano is the equivalent of Korea.
What interests me is the utter lack of this nation in terms of the story. We're almost across the entire world. If this is a large enough nation, we should've seen at least some reference to it. Nothing. Absolutely nothing.
It's almost like the country of yano... disappeared into thin air.
As if someone lifted it into the sky, like it was raptured.
But that could never happen-
Now, like Shiryu fused with Obama, let me make myself perfectly clear, i think that shiki's plans are bigger than this and focus around Uranus. I think Shiki has explored the Moon, as well as Sky Kingdoms, and Elbaph's Astral World.
In the last 6 years, since Loki was chained, the force protecting Elbaph is Shanks. But, Shiki could easily sneak into the higher parts of the country, without people noticing using his fruit.
I believe that Shiki is Mosa, and is trying to trick and recruit Loki. When Mosa said some people were threatening them. This was the red haired pirates, threatening shiki, for moving around in the country of Elbaph. We know shanks visited recently as well.
Shiki's an insane planner, and I fully believe he's going to have a scheme that goes beyond what we've seen before. Shiki wanted to team with roger to find an ancient weapon roger knew of.
Since shiki is flying themed and we know that uranus appears to be a flying device, i'm betting that this is the ancient weapon he is going to be associated with.
I don't believe Imu has Uranus. I believe Imu has an Ark Maxim. While Enel is intelligent, it's most likely the design for the ark came from ancient kingdom technology or booms, he studied.
Enel didn't require Mother Flame to fuel his Ark, because he is a living super battery.

Shiki being the one to find Uranus fits him perfectly. The floating flying pirate who wanted to find an ancient weapon finding uranus by going to places other people can't go to because they need to fly really makes a lot of sense. Is it active? Nope, he's just making it float.
Shiki stole Uranus from Elbaph, in the six years Loki was imprisoned. Since Bege was abductes two years ago, we know Shiki has had Uranus since at least Post Marineford.
Uranus, IMO, is an ancient weapon that needs mother flame, which is a spaceship creation device. It's a ship that creates ark maxims.
This is why I believe the Shiki has also met an old villain on the moon: Enel.
The Lulusia weapon and Enel's Ark Maxim function similarly. Knock shit down.
Little robot dudes with balloons made it up to the moon during Enel's Cover Series. Shiki can get there fine. The Space Pirates Enel beat on the Moon, who were excavating Ancient Kingdom Ruins?

Yup. Those space pirates were working for shiki. Most likely he met them on the moon and recruited them. The space pirates Enel fought also used electricity, and were a mix of robots and... Moon Minks.
The rabbit on the moon mythology, combined with the mink connection to the moon, leads me to believe that the Pirates Enel fought were Mink remnants from the ancient kingdom who were stranded on the moon.
After floating up shiki made them part of his crew. However once Enel attacked, Shiki would return to find out that this crazy man, claiming to be a god, had revived all the technology he was trying to research, along with the ancient automata army.
However, this is all the prelude to Shiki's true aims: World Domination.
When I believed Shiki was from Wano, I assumed he would want to take over his own country, like the opportunistic madman he is.
Now that we know he's from Yano, the lack of both Shiki and Yano makes complete sense. Kyo is most likely also from Yano, and i would guess, is either dead or imprisoned there.
Shiki just lifted his homeland into the sky, and hid it with clouds.
Skypiea's existence and Enel's ignorance of the lower world proves that the sky is the best place to hide from the WG that isn't the ocean.
The Yonkou in the Sky fought Silver Axe Kyo for their Homeland of Yano post-God Valley. Shiki won, and, ever since, Yano has been his personal floating yakuza outlet.
In skypiea, we are introduced to the giant jack, a massive beanstalk clearly referencing
Jack and the beanstalk. This is used by luffy to defeat enel.
Like Big Mom and Kaido, I imagine Shiki is worshipped as the God of Yano. Knowing what kind of a bastard he is, i think I can even guess what his method of execution would be: splat. Shiki is EVIL.
This leads me to believe that the Admiral Shiki will face is Green Bull, whose Beanstalks should be able to reach Yano.
We really don't know enough about either character's backstory to judge what kind of connection they could have, if any, but it interests me that Aramaki is a former police officer and Shiki a former Yakuza.
It's possible Aramaki's enemies in his life were Shiki's subordinates he fought as a policemen.
Moving on from green bull, Shiki having an entire Sky Kingdom allows him to easily invade kingdoms like Elbaph or Wano.
Since this theory is based off the idea that Shiki already got uranus from Elbaph, I think the ancient weapon will see him go after next is pluton. This ties into rocks, because I believe rock's big score that sengoku mentioned was pluton in the first place.
However, as I said, I think Shiki is in Astral World, posing as Mosa to recruit Loki. Shiki should BE here.
While I doubt Yano is going to save Elbaph, it should certainly be nearby.
Shiki lets Enel rule the Moon, while Shiki gets Blue Planet, and Enel helps fueling all the Ancient tech Shiki needs.

Shiki will try to sell Loki on achieving Rock's dreams, but will fail because loki can see through people's bullshit.
Even if the Loki recruitment fails, though, Shiki still needs to stop Imu here, because Imu taking over the country is horrible for his long term plans of world domination. The most likely reason that Shiki ever agreed to work with rocks in the first place was so that after they took over the world together, shiki could just kill rocks and rule.
If Shiki doesn't want to show his hand directly, he can send Enel instead, or just Ark Maxims.
If Shiki has to choose between destroying Elbaph, or the world government taking it, he's fucking blowing it up.
Unless Shiki IS running Elbaph's Heaven/Astral World is, and that's where Yano is.
