They are hoping those garbage fodders to regenerate and be threat for Zoro and Sanji. The idea is to keep their loki agenda intact by ensuring there is no chance either of them intervenes in the fight with Imu. I have a feeling zoro especially is going to make the clowns here eat dirt soon

It's the "little while" part that makes me believe he's going to successfully fuck shit up and then dip. That, along with how things have been going way too easily, makes me think he'll be able to pit Loki against Luffy like he wanted to in this chapter.

It was fuled with ACoC given the black lightning and even then, Enel's second Raigou was larger (and probably not even the largest thing Enel could've cast). I would assume what Enel did with the Maxim is what his awakening could be capable off; producing thunderclouds ( = environmental change).

Give an awakened lightning Logia to a top tier ACoC user like Shanks and look what it can do.

Eh enel by himself without use of an external weapon can't generate attack as big as loki's thorsheim. And if you are giving enel awakening then nidhogg's awakening should also give him much bigger lightning attacks.

it’s not impossible but based off of calcs yes thorheim is bigger and it will remain that way maybe until enel comes back

Also loki has a bit better feat than thorheim that is larger than elbaf and that he did with a seastone chain on and while heavily attacked
