I like ethical AI. Like, there's a lot of stuff we do that just takes a shit ton of time, and if we had functional automate systems that we're safe to take care of it... cool.
The issue is really the people investing in it. It's just the worst kind of tech rose, and people generally.
And since AI can develop human level intelligence and potentially far beyond that, just recklessly, developing it like this, has been scary.
