Well, let's see what Oda's had to say on the subject in the past.

The Whole Cake Island Arc began with Chapter 825, which Oda said was the 70% mark. Which would put the ending somewhere around Chapter 1178…so that didn’t happen.
The Wano Arc began with Chapter 909, which Oda said was the 80% mark. Which would put the ending somewhere around Chapter 1136…so Oda got even WORSE about predicting when he’d finish.
Personally, trying to do some math, I've decided that my personal best guess is that Oda will end the series around Chapter 1254, putting us at a nice, round 120 volumes. Which should happen in mid November of 2028. (If I'm within 6 months of this either way, I'm calling this a win.)

That puts us currently at about 94% complete as of Chapter 1178. Only 76 Chapters left! I know that seems unlikely, as it's about one arc's length. But, it's my best guess, so I might as well stick to it.
I mean, we already seem to be dealing with Imu right now in Elbaph. We might not have as much left to the story as some people think.
I really think Oda's going to start speedrunning through some of these plot beats, soon. His health is getting worse. He's already written down what he plans to do and dropped it into the ocean. He's ready to draw that legendary final page. So, I think it's coming sooner rather than later. Oda seems ready to end Elbaph and move on to whatever's next. And we're slowly running out of islands that we need to visit. Laugh Tale can't be too far off. But, we'll see.
