Those are "Hot characters," not the total amount of votes (as in proportional rise, proportionally where they were before) and they are split in regions. Africa does not have that many votes proportionaly so it fluctuates more, i dont see why its odd

Too many bots around, so It's not going to happen, but Oda's top characters like the Warlords, Admirals, some of the most iconic villains and a few others need to be ranked high, while the usual suspects ranking top 20 need to be ranked lower - so Oda get's the reality check no one has dared him to deliver so far...

He's like the exact opposite of a pirate. He's built to be an assassin, and a government asset. From his personality to his skillset.

Lucci is an extremely competent assassin, but I would say that is in spite of the many traits he shares with pirates.

The motherfucker has a gigantic ego. He's competitive and prideful, and anything but dispassionate about his job or fighting, especially when he respects the level of his competition.

If or had he decided to rogue, he would have adapted to a life of piracy extremely well.

Had he come up under different circumstances, a life of piracy would've probably made him even stronger.

1.It not being a retcon of his paramecia fruit
2.It not being spammed every waking moment when Luffy was already able to go toe to toe with Kaidou without it.

I don't even think G5 itself is the problem. It's how Oda introduced it and uses it.

I don´t think he would ever want to be a captain, but I don´t think it would make any big difference to him if he was killing dissidents to some pirate ruled country, as opposed to dissidents to the world government proper. He just likes to kill,so you do have a point.
