Light game Gym Leader Mafia: Silver

Fuck it I'm gonna talk about the redacted you can't allow flavor claiming and not allow flavor spec
Every claim was a gym leader in gold/silver or Silver himself which also makes sense
Koga is an outlier he's in the game but not a gym leader
Valerie is an even bigger outlier she's not in the game she's a gym leader in another region
There's ostensibly a connection to johto but it doesn't fit the pattern
Flavor is "meaningless" or whatever but I can't ignore that it makes no sense
Its why I literally targeted yoho last night but I got cold feet about how people would react if I was wrong and moved off to Cadis
I think there's also gameplay and balance reasons to suspect Yoho but much like with Kriss I can't ignore this along with the wolfy looking gameplay
