She has Oni genes and an incredibly strong base. She was able to easily block an ACoA G3 punch from Luffy with one arm, nearly one shot Ulti despite hitting Ulti on the toughest part of her body while in her highest HP form, and fought evenly with Ace. Keep in mind that all of this was done without her DF or ACoC.
She has ACoC at least powerful enough to hold her own against Kaido’s.
She has a Mythical Zoan fruit, which is the strongest class of DF, and is probably Awakened at that based on her having the Hagoromo scarf
