Gear 2 remains very iconic and continues to age well. You sometimes see the pose referenced at big sporting events.
Kaido's debut hasn't aged as well due to all the agenda/memes/slander, contention, and nitpicking surrounding it. However, I think it's still levels above Katakuri's and Loki's debuts. Xebec's debut was hype, but it lacks the in-chapter buildup that Kaido's had, which was executed very well.
Personally, I'll go with Kaido's.

nothing beat Kaido's. I want yall to revisit the chapter and just appreciate One Piece at its peak. The use of the narrator, the lore of him not being able to die and then we actually see him diving 10km unscatched. The final panel, the horror on the supernovas faces.. and the Intro box. Oda was DEEP in his bag when he made this

It might be #1 interms of shocking, surprising + pure hype.
Coz nobody had an idea or have a thought that Roger right hand man will be introduced in wuch random fashioned m, that make it even more cooler.
