Yes and about the heart thing, it must be absolutely a consequence of using supreme king haki. Otherwise sure it's also pointless the explanation about using Supreme King haki to counter regeneration. Gyaban said this same thing two times even, one in the flashback and one in the present time.

As for your thread about Imu being Asmodeus; I don't think Imu is based on one specific deity, it's probably some mix. Yokai, Satan, sea devil (hence deep sea contract), Oda proabbly just mixed up some stuff, there isn't one clear reference.

Garling is probably only in his 70s while the other Gorosei at bare minimum are 270+ years old. If we presume they don't have the OP OP surgery and it originates from Imu logically the other 4 would turn into dust
