I don't know this antagonist from Bleach. And Madara saw himself as a fulfiller of dreams, a savior of humanity, therefore he wouldn't get along at all with someone as evil as Nerona Imu.
Yhwach and Madara might have some respect for each other, as they both want to remove death and suffering, Yhwach by merging the worlds and Madara by putting everyone in a dream world.
