My expectations on how Imu may look like and it's now what you think!

Also, we need to remember that Robin was sort of a neutral villain, but Hancock was a villain for Luffy before falling in love with him, also Luffy clashed with Big Mom but yeah, BM was ugly and fat, also Uta was an Anti-Villain for the One Piece Film Red.
Edit: I hope Imu is a female villain, can become both pretty and scary, pretty as her normal form, scary like if she's Dormammu, Amatsu Mikaboshi, Alucard, Father from FMA, Ryuk...etc, just like how Kaguya whom is the final villain of Naruto is a Female, and I hope Uta becomes Canon and her powers too, I'm also getting kinda tired of how Oda making Females pawns and weaklings, like how he did with Sugar or Baccarat, I hope he makes Shirahoshi strong and confident and has control of her weapons.

Imu's appearance has been by far a Silhouette, and as we know, never trust Oda's silhouettes, Imu's appearance is one of the most anticipated appearances in the history of One Piece as well as the history of any Anime, Imagine how much Oda would be bullshitting us if he would actually draw Imu like this???
And because of that, Fans also started to draw stupid and hilarious designs on how Imu is gonna look like, which we all know is BS, especially a dude named "LartNestPasDemain" AKA the Imu guy:

The closer ones that I kinda agree with fans on how Imu would look like are these 4 and especially the one where Imu looks like Billy the Puppet from "Saw" which is this drawing but I don't think Imu would will look like any of these, but It would kinda make sense if Imu would be a Female since our first villain in Alavida was a Female.
My expectations are like this:
1-Isn't it right that there are so many theories that Imu could be an Umibozu, well, IMAGINE IF ODA WOULD DRAW IMU AS THIS UMIBOZU FROM THIS FAKE ONE PIECE MOVIE TRAILER!!!!
Coincidence? maybe or I think not, that this fake movie trailer could be foreshadowing on how Imu would've looked like, look how round the head of this giant Octobus look like, doesn't it look similar to Imu's top round head as well?

2-Or also, he could be close to something to one of the earlier drawings of fans' expectations of how Kaido would've looked like, Imu could be Satan itself since he was able to strip one of the Gorosei's immortality, it's like it was a deal with the devil and made a big burse of flames from Saturn's body (I know in this drawing, that looks like a typhon as it was one of the earlier expectations of fans on how Kaido would've looked like)
Big shoutout to OneWorld HD, one of the OG theorists of One Piece, as I was able to find this old drawing of how Kaido would've looked like by doing a search image to one of the thumbnail of his old video of Luffy vs Kaido, Kaido in that is totally looking like a villain straight out of Bleach Anime
