Just like in this video, also remember, Rayleigh in Buggy's flashback looked like Benn Beckman in episode 8 or something, also BM in episode 533 had bigger head than her body then when her full body got revealed, she appeared to be fat and her body was bigger than her head.
Cause from what I've seen, like how some fans thought, Imu looked generic, something AI would draw, and totally looked like shinra bansho form from fire force or Aaravos from Dragon Prince or even Happy Chaos from Guilty Gear or Magician from The House of The Dead.
Here's that one pic of how Oda should draw him below in the comments, or at least combine fans' ideas and put some of his into fans' ideas to create something better but what do you think?
But hey, in Imu's defense, we need to remember that he's a silhouette for many years so just if Oda would reveal him without a crown so it doesn't have to make Imu have a crown, Loki's silhouette for an example had a crown but when he got revealed, he has no crown.
And now, for Imu and Kaido comparison, I think Imu is everything Kaido pretends to be or his fans pretend Kaido to be.
Who else remembers when Kaido was fr WSC? who remembers the:

And who remembers the "if it's 1 vs 1 always bet on Kaido" Oda hyped Kaido so much he made us think he is Top 1 and there was the Kaido top 1 agenda. Also Oda himself stated back in 2016 that he doesn't know how he will make Luffy beat Kaido.
And now with Imu being revealed from their silhouette that's been hiding in from us for 8 years since 2018-2026 (Like Kaido's appearance whom we all waited for 9 years since 2006-2015).
All the descriptions that's been used to describe Kaido, this kinda falls on Imu now and even better and more epic, cause these descriptions that were used to describe Kaido, it should all be for a final villain, Oda really destroyed and ended the Kaido Top 1 Agenda once and for all!!
Imu is the real WSC, I think his DF would be illuminati-illuminati DF, he is maybe Baal or Dajjal since he has eyes all around him.

Because I'm comparing Kaido to Imu, that doesn't mean you guys look at Kaido to be greater, my post is about that Imu is way way greater than Kaido since he's the main villain of the show, so me comparing Kaido to Imu doesn't mean that I'm making Kaido look much greater than you guys think bruh. Imu is a lot stronger than Kaido, Kaido and the 5 legends didn't bring him down, Imu can neg diff the Gorosei all at once, and the fact that Kaido lived up to the hype to some fans show how Imu's hype will be even greater!

Let's add the fact that Imu is immortalized from a former user of Ope Ope no mi, Law must sacrifice himself to help the others including Luffy to beat Imu, that's a theory Alpha2late17 used, Alpha2late17 thought Kaido is immortal fr and Law would use his DF to negate his immortality to help Luffy deal the finishing blow, a lot of us thought this in the past, that's adds more to my opinion on why Imu is whom we thought Kaido would be.
