Nah, similar idea but completely different way of getting there.
Kaguya’s whole motif is the moon rabbit mythos and Kishi adapted that by having the Sage of Six Paths seal Kaguya in the moon—creating the moon.
Then had Hamura watch over her from the moon, less of an ancient advanced civilization than what Oda is going for.

I never said any of that.
Nobody compare Imu to Kaguya because of demons or reincarnation, we compare them because both of them are hidden villains that steal the thunder from more established antagonists.
Beside, while it's true everyone take inspiration from somewhere this is not the point, the reason we say this sort of stuff is because hating on Lolda is fun.
