Imu will glaze Luffy and loki as they are connected to gods of the past. I don't think he will glaze anyone else but Zoro is logical next choice if he does so.
I don't know if Oda wants to draw the connection of strawhats with the hells theme or not, but I got a feeling it's likely to happen. If that is the case, then all of them will get glaze. Maybe Zoro will get glaze the most or Chopper.
