Visually it looks DJ, because I think IJ has that lightening effect but his eyebrows flipped so its probably IJ.

It's pretty hard to tell. I remember when he got heated up at the end of the Judge fight, his flames had a similar sparkle to them, so it's hard to differentiate. The idea was for Sanji to seriously try and to be overwhelmed, so I'd say he used Ifrit Jambe.

Yeah, I'd probably lean towards a bit of both, I guess. Like he's getting heated up personally which generates hotter flames and that makes the attack more powerful than it otherwise would be. I'd like it if Oda took some time in a major Sanji fight to make it all clear cause it feels like it just appears and we're left to try and figure it out.

Since Zoro uses KoH, then Sanji using Ifrit is more reasonable

Trying to downplay Sanji if he is using Ifrit is meaningless, even if Sanji's base powerlevel is increased 2 times, Imu will still block him. So in this chapter, whether he uses DJ or IJ doesn't really matter.

Besides, a true hater can still say "Sanji used DJ, he doesn't play serious here and it will detrimental to his nakama"

You'd think he'd use ij but oda makes his characters hide abilities for no real reason. Most of egghead sanji didn't use ij even in really bad situations.
