Only peer is Hashirama. Flexed on EMS Sasuke with a finger, and made the "yellow flash" look like a statue in the war. 😹

4th bum ass had to use kyubi cloak to keep up with a 70 year old 3rd kage, and the top 2. 🤨

Only implanted policies that made the village a powerhouse, impressive to the point where every other village would copy his ideas. Hashirama would have created a village that would last only until his death if he was solo. Too much of an idealist.

He also rounded up and took care of the uchiha dogs.

Truly the greatest.
