In the flower room sits a singular sword.
For a long time, we wondered who owned it.
We learned that answer in Loki's flashback.
That is the Saber of Xebec.
This indicates Imu likes taking weapons from his enemies/others.
Since Imu seems to be tied to Joy Boy, and have similar powers but (in Tekking spooky voice) eeeeeviiiiiil, it would not surprise me if Imu copied his opponent's techniques and learned from his opponents, the same way that Luffy does.
So, this leads me to believe Nemesis may be a blade inspired by who may very well be Imu's son, Mihawk.
If a God's Knight died at Mihawk's hands, wounding Imu, I could see Imu stealing the sword out of spite. I actually think that Mihawk might have gotten kicked out of Marijoa for KILLING another God's Knight, possibly Sommer's dad.
"I own everything in the world" mentality.
I think most people, including me, believe that Nemesis came first.
And that's exactly why I'm making this thread.
Pretty much everyone is assuming that Mihawk copied Imu.
But... how crazy would it be, if it was the other way around?
Also, it's entirely possible that Yoru/Nemesis is a famous sword wielded in the past that both of them are imitating.
So which is it?
Did the Nemesis come before the Yoru?
Or is there a precursor to both of them?
We have a series of blades, the Kitetsu series, that got weaker over time.
What if Yoru is also in a series? And Imu's Nemesis blade made from Maki is modeled after the original Yoru?
Who are you?
I'm Yor, u?
Also, I'm shipping Mihawk and Tashigi now. I just wanted everyone to know that.
If Ryuma forged the original Yoru, the Temple is going to lose it like Zoro losing his keys in the world's largest IKEA.
