Shiryu is a YC1+ level, not even close to top tiers. At best he will be powered up with Imu's magic. But it is still shit final enemy for Zoro. Don't know how at the moment Oda will handle Shiryu and Venus, but Muhawk is the only one top-tier swordsman that suits that role. He is superstrong, he possesses the strongest swodsmanship in the current timeline that even Shanks is below him, he is legendary type person, has rich background. That is what Zoro deserves for his eos, he is going to become the GOAT swordsman after all, it's possible if you surpass another goat. Shiryu is a joke for that ambitions, he is just a noname.

Otherwise, "omen" seems just to be the basic ability. I dont think the names would even have a Omen + Suffix because:
Nemesis was also an omen attack, he uses the Omen at the end of his spear to make it to a sword and use his spear to stab.
So, so far atleast, that doesnt seem to be naming scheme

My current theory is just that glaive is his main weapon (well that part is not a theory imo, thats just like fact at this point) and he can morph (the mace) or extend (the sword) into other weapon types.
Another homage in Enel morphing his golden staff into other forms by melting and reforming it

we had a lot of Swordsman ngl
so i kinda like Imu using Glaive or Halberd as his main weapon
Even if there is a Sword as trump card i don't mind
Alas I'm Guan Yu Dynasty Warrior fan so i do not mind at all
