I don’t really care for Loki since giants, fat dragons and hammers are lame, but he is easily the biggest winner of the entire arc.
Oda freshly wrote GV and had the only character to EVER kill an Admiral be tentacle-diffed by Imu and same Imu is struggling to put down a heavily injured Loki… it took literally seconds to beat both Zoro and Sanji.
I don’t mind even saying healthy Loki might even low diff Zoro and Sanji at the same time, the gap is just that ridiculous in portrayal as of today.
With that all said tho, I can’t wait for the PUs of the wings! I don’t see a scenario where the powerhouses of the main characters are also backstage actors in the war of ancient gods. Oda will just powercreep, nerf the enemies or whatever.
On that note, excited to see Goofy‘s performance against Imu since we have known for the longest he lol diffs at least Sanji, but his performance against Imu now might clarify more of the current gap between him and Zoro*…

Lol, go easy on them. Their dream to goon on the final villain just crumpled in Chapter 1180 but man, it was seriously stupid... There was no way Oda would draw a beautiful villainous female antagonist who would get her ass kicked by Luffy, let alone being the final villain.

The only instance when he was actually punching a girl was Vivi BUT it wasn't due to the intent to genuinely beat the crap out of her but to knock some sense into her, to make sure she's being aware of the fact people will die in a war.
Aside of that, he punched Fat Alvida and attempted to hit Big Mom with Kong Gun. Both women being the contrast of "fragile looking" female characters, let alone villains. We'd see scenes like Kaido punching younger Big Mom but Oda would NEVER show Luffy doing the same.

I thought there was a good chance Imu could be a female early on, but once it was pretty much confirmed Imu was going to be male that's when I started to believe he was actually going to be powerful and a FV. If he were female it would just mean Imu would strictly be hax but not a strong fighter at all, and most likely not be defeated by Luffy in the traditional 1v1 battle.
