I'm tied between Nami and Robin. I prefer Nami's design but I prefer Robin's powers even if they are grossly underutilised. Plot wise, Robin is probably the more relevant one with her Poneglyph reading skills but it doesn't come up much. That being said, Nami's navigation skills don't seem to matter at all.

So I'd probably choose Nami to go out of these options but I wouldn't like it.
