Every villain in One Piece was acting on their own choices (even the bad marines). He wasn't whispering in their ears saying "Evil, evil, evil, evil, evil" to brainwash them all. They were dicks all on their own lol



This guy right here did NOT need an excuse from Imu to behave like a villain, he was just like that.

Let's be clear.

"Imu is responsible for all the suffering for the last 800 years." = Untrue. Lies. Slander.

Saying he is means he took the free will away from everyone in the story. False.

I don't think that you were reading One Piece, but Two Piece, because Imu is really is guilty in world suffering.
