Lucci vs Zoro was so funny to me. I love both characters, and want both to be strong, so I was relatively happy with their portrayal, but I was disappointed with the fight in the manga and thought it was weak.
People were really trying to use this fight to make Zoro look weak, and like, no, Lucci is strong as hell. Lucci has done shit that has made me seriously consider if his Enies Lobby power level could have found a way to beat the Enel Luffy beat.
I believe a lot of Marines and WG forces limit their Supreme King Haki because they submit to a higher power. The reason that Garp is shown to have the strongest Supreme King Haki in the Marines is because he directly rebels against the world government.
Once Lucci chooses his own justice, and rebels against the world government, i think he's going to get a lot more powerful. I also think Garp trained Lucci and gave him Hattori.
