Depends on whether the chapter refers to the Sea God or the Rain God.
Wasn’t the Rain God only mentioned in Skypiea? It could be that the sky people referred to the Sea God as the Rain God.
It’s weird that the Rain God was only mentioned once, not even in the mural.
