It would be too disappointing for watchers to go from the remake back to the original and see a drastic animation/quality/direction decrease. Pre-TS from Water 7 and after isn’t bad or anything but modern anime had risen the bar too high for it to feel satisfactory for new fans.

They should stop at the timeskip and then once the series finishes continue till the end.

Preskip One Piece was not a major issue for the anime imo so it's kinda wack we aren't guaranteed better paced and animated arcs like Dressrosa. Post skip One Piece is unwatchable.

More like they should start at marineford and then continue forward and once they reach the end, remake the start
Toei early piece was actually legit good, they even knew how to make filler better than Oda (roger)

No one with a brain besides NPCs actually wake up and say "Damn, I'm so excited to watch Syrup village remake by WIT" lmao

You know how dumb that sounds don't you?
You know what sounds dumb?
Waiting 20 years for WIT remake to reach marineford where no one will care for this shit series

Should writer the tide with hype from the start episode 1 with war, instead of starting off with bugy and syrup village.

In fact marineford was literally the arc where most new readers got into one piece and sales went booming.

Brother if they pace it correctly they can have the entire series covered in around 400ish episodes max (this is including future chapters until finish). Look at JoJo, the series is ancient and the anime revived it in the most efficient compact manner.

Obviously you don't start a show halfway and then circle around back to the beginning, that sounds autistic.
