Powers & Abilities Zoro could detect the Omen powerup, but Sanji couldn't

This was Zoro in the latest chapter. He noticed the holy knights have powered up

Killingham implied sanji couldn't detect the omen powerup.
What do you guys think about this?

That's actually really interesting since Sanji also couldn't detect Imus power lvl and attacked him fearlessly while Zoro stagnated, maybe Sanji is just bad at power lvl observation.
