I dont know how many of you guys watch futbol. Soccer, but there's a team everyone hates and that's Arsenal, people will write post after post yearning for their downfall which kind of makes me support the club just to spite all the haters

So who's your Arsenal of One piece, for me it's Usopp

I started following Arsenal around 2012-13 I think, it was the playstyle I liked. Loved Ramsey, Cazorla, Ozil, Sanchez (he was difficult sometimes though). Never understood how Mertesacker played in that setup with the way how he always labored to pass the ball (the leg movement was so weird).

The current Arsenal is not playing the arsene wenger style football that you used to love. Now it's more like Mourinho Chelsea style football. The new Chelsea is no longer Chelsea, Arsenal is the new Chelsea. :suresure:

I like this too, the earlier style got me hooked but this is what is required. I remember when Unai came and the supposed philosophy was to win 5-4, 5-3 etc. and I dont like that. The foundation always seems to be to have a rock solid defense and then build on the offense. And btw the current Arsenal is still scoring lots of goals. The injuries have hampered a lot of the stability, connection and fluidity. I loved the Odegard, White and Saka on the right side chemistry from earlier. And Tomiyasu has been a big miss.

Arteta's style is good but not good enough, their offense is very predictable and very often didn't give themself a good window to score goals.

If we win the double then it would be more than good enough
Just saw a comparison, Arsenal are supposed to have the worst attack and PSG is supposed to have the best attack yet Arsenal have scored 68 goals in the PL with 2 games remaining and PSG have scored 71 goals in Ligue1
Overall the PL is much harder so Arsenal scoring 68 with the worst attack is pure bs

I always liked Kid and the Admirals, but the constant seething some parts of the fandom did when it came to them made me like them more.

In particular I was on Reddit before WG, and people on there were extremely negative/dismissive towards these guys on certain OP subs, which ironically made me like them even more.
