So, Shuri seems to be fully in Demon mode, but, we haven't seen Leuven act or speak, yet. He's clearly in Domi Reversi, but, I'm guessing this is what happened:
Shuri gets fully Domi Reversi'd, but Leuven is resisting. This is why he got stabbed, and Shuri is okay: he managed to resist attacking his daughter, and got attacked, instead.
Brook arrives.
Here's what I think we'll see next:
Brook gets beaten badly by the God's Knight next to Mars, but is then saved by Domi Leuven, who still has his sanity. Leuven fights so Brook can escape, and orders Brook to flee the country and live.
Shuri was most likely ordered by Imu through Domi Reversi to kill her father/attack him: I've seen some claim it was to determine which of them became a God's Knight. Still very possibly Candelle was a God's Steel that fled the Holy Land, and Imu wants a replacement from the Kingdom itself.
Since Shuri was ordered to kill Leuven, Brook is able to escape, due to Domi Reversi giving Leuven temporary immortality.
An interesting thing is that the last time Brook saw Shuri was when she departed for the Holy Land, so, he at least remains on the island long enough to see her leave after this.
