Speculations Poison Arrows in the Florian Mist: Shuri/Gunko Killed the Rumbar Pirates Under Imu's Orders

The World Government and Celestial Shitheads LOVE genocide, they want to stamp out rebellion wherever it is.

There's a good chance Brook attacks a God's Knight next chapter, over even Mars, a Gorosei. We know he got his bounty as a pirate, so, after seeing him as a pirate, the Celestial Dragons would most likely want to eliminate him, to also further cover up the Esperia Incident.

So, if Shuri knows Brook escaped, even as a God's Blade (she didn't become a God's Knight until after God Valley), she would still love him, and want to know of him.

She would follow his exploits as a pirate.

Until, she was ordered to do something truly horrific by Imu: to slaughter the Rumbar Pirates with poison arrows. This would be easy as pie with her Fruit.

This was made to fully break Shuri's mind, and completely destroy her Will.

I believe Shuri agreed to become Imu's servant in order to spare Esperia Kingdom.

Once Brook was given his bounty, and the Celestial Dragons realized he was the man Shuri knew from Esperia, they would seek to eliminate him.

This task was given to Shuri, to ensure her loyalty.

Remember that Brook said his last memory of Shuri was her leaving Esperia... and what does she say when she sees him under the effect of Domi Reversi, after having stabbed her own father?

"Worried about the war? It's already over, Brook. Aren't you happy?"

Shuri agreed to become Imu's slave to end the war in Esperia.

In order to keep that peace, she had to follow orders: Kill the Rumbar Pirates.

Brook never mentioned who attacked them directly, just stated it was "enemy pirates". In the mist?

There is also historical precedent of the World Government using the mist to attack ships with God's Knights.

I've always believed we would see the Pirates who killed the Rumbar Pirates with poison arrows eventually, but, assumed they would be Long Armed Tribe Pirates, like Apoo's Grandpa, setting up Apoo vs Brook.

But, after this chapter, and people commenting on how Brook has horrible luck with fog/mist, I remembered the poison arrows, and then realized Gunko's Fruit is the Aro Aro no Mi. Then I remembered Harald attacking ships in the mist as a God's Knight, and I got wide eyed as heck.

I also really want to see the Brook haters eat shit, I'm investing in this flashback on principle.

This would make Shuri one of the most tragic characters in the series, IMO, and give Brook SOOO much legit rage against Imu and the God's Knights.

We know Imu's powers are at least SOMEWHAT music based due to the Drums of Oppression kicking in when he arrived.

I think Brook's Awakening will be a direct counter to the God's Knights and their powers.

Awakening happens when the Mind and Body are in sync, and once it all clicks for Brook, he's going to go wild.

I think this will also inspire Usopp to become Sogeking once more. The Straw Hats will definitely want to save Shuri from Imu, after this.

There is also a reason Loki should help here, too: the Straw Hats saved his love, Lola, from Thriller Bark. No idea how that will come up, but it should.
