Controversial What will happen once imu is defeated?

Question for the masses what so you think will happen to the gorosei and gunko once imu has been defeated all of them seem to have been granted eternal youth which begs the question once imu is defeated will they age rapidly allowing their bodies to catch up with time or will they just begin to age normally?

Personally I think the first option would be more interesting because in that instance we deal with the gorosei once and for all since im certain all of them would be dust and then we get old lady Gunko who should be in her 70s so on the same playing field as Garp n them

gunko could very well have been granted the eternal youth surgery. at god valley, she was still a god's blade, still she hadn't aged. so it looks like her youthful apperance is not due to having received the highest level abyssal contract.
