Why can't he write a bimbo male getting used for once? Female Celestial Dragons exist.

Just look at Toki. What was her purpose in the story? To bear Oden's children. Therefore it not really force upon, It just bad story telling on how mostly all the women serves no purpose other than granting babies and then they die.
