So, in 1019, we had a collab color page between One Piece and Where's Wally.
While I'll leave you to find Wally and the Wizard yourself, I am here to point out that this VERY Wano color page also has a lot of UNWANO characters in it.
Since I am the way I am, my clown brain views this as advanced foreshadowing for Act 4. I believe the characters presented here represent the factions we will see arrive in Wano for Act 4. Seems like no Marines/WG here, it's a pirate/others focus.
I'm going to go through each non-Act 3 character, to explain why I think they're here, the faction they represent, and what they'll do. Starting out with the elephant in the onsen...
1. Sanjuan Wolf. I like em thick. I like em... CHUNKY.
We see Sanjuan Wolf hiding behind a mountain, exactly the way he hid in Marineford, when Blackbeard attacked. Coincidence? Like hell it is, Caribou has already told Teach about Pluton and Poseidon by now. Sanjuan Wolf and the Blackbeard Pirates are heading up to Wano to claim Pluton. Since he is nicknamed the Battleship, I think this is where we'll see him pop off.
2. Gaimon. We see Gaimon with Momo, Shinobu and Yamato in the treasure room. It's because he's a treasure chest. Haha. Anyway, Gaimon is going to have to relocate to higher ground due to the flooding we know of. I think Gaimon will meet Tama, and they will become friends due to their love of strange animals. I also wonder if Gaimon's chest actually has a secret compartment, with something in it.
3. Enel. I considered saving the best for last, but here comes God Eneru. Fairy Vearth, or, the Moon, was his target Pre Time Skip. He's been up there for two years with his android buddies. Since Wano is the Moon arc, and has so much moon symbolism, I think we'll see Enel show up next time we return. Since Wano has clear Ancient Kingdom ties, and Enel's cover series shows Ancient Kingdom tech on the Moon, I think it's safe to say Enel will explore the connection between the Moon and Wano soon.
4. Rob Lucci. Lucci fascinates me here because of Pluton, and also possibly being ordered to kidnap Hiyori. Note that, as far as I know, Orochi and Hiyori are NOT on this color page. If they are, I didn't find them after multiple look throughs. Let me know if I missed anything. Lucci also interests me, in that I believed Cross Guild will receive Garp from Blackbeard, and seek to publicly execute him. I think Lucci was mentored by Garp, since he mentioned wanting to talk to an idiot about Luffy in Enies Lobby. I believe that idiot was Garp. Lucci joins Garp rescue operation with Koby.
5. Caesar Clown. It's a MADS world. MADS is coming to Wano Act 4 for a variety of reasons... Seastone production, natural resources, the defensible territory. I expect Queen to give them a call, and tell them Germa could easily take over the country. Caesar still needs to be revealed as the man who made the gas Jack used on the Minks, too, his Wano arc ain't done yet.
6. Buggy D. Clown and Galdino. Two peas in a pod, these goobers are interestingly enough in prison rags. This leads me to believe something I've wondered for a while: when Cross Guild invades Wano, Buggy will refuse to do so, splitting the organization between Crocodile/Mihawk, and Buggy's faction. Keep in mind Cross Guild LOVES Buggy... the reason Buggy is in prison rags, here, isn't because of Impel Down. Buggy is going to get imprisoned by Croc and Mihawk, for trying to rebel against them in order to protect Wano from being invaded. Mihawk and Crocodile could give half of a rat's ass cheek about Oden and Wano, but Oden was Buggy's Nakama. I think we'll see Buggy become the true leader of Cross Guild, when Mihawk and Crocodile part ways. Expect Buggy to be a big hero in Wano Act 4, after rebelling against two former Warlords.
7. Perona. I've made a post on Toki being Persona's relative before, and Perona being rescued by Moria after he lost to Kaido. The Ghost Princess and the Ghosts of Wano are a good narrative fit, and maybe she can even commune with the dead a little. Perona being here is teasing Moria's presence in Act 4. Keep in mind we didn't know about Moria being a Wano Samurai till Yamato's Cover Series (my eyes, why are they burning, GAHHHHH). I also wonder if Brook and Moria might reconcile here. Moria had nothing to do with killing Brook's crew, and they both suffered heavily due to losing their Nakama. Maybe Brook and Moria together could actually combine a Shadow with its original corpse using Brook's Soul Powers?
8. Camie and Pappag. The Fish-Man Island representatives, since Blackbeard knows about Poseidon, he's going to go after Fish-Man Island. Camie will fight against the Blackbeard Pirates and WG to help her people/Shirahoshi, once she is kidnapped. This is also how I think Shirahoshi and Loki will meet: with him allying with Blackbeard, and Shirahoshi being kidnapped. Teach threatens to Gura Gura and destroy Fish-Man Island, so Shirahoshi is forced to join him.
