General & Others Nobody cares about op if zoro n sanji ain’t there

#21
Doesn't mean much. The online activity of the OP communities dropped to their lowest when the story resolved around Sanji during WCI. Sanji may have many fans, but he ain't a competition for Luffy, Zoro, Shanks or even Low as far as "keeping people interested" goes.
Yeah yeah keep deluding yourself. If you think Shanks has more pull than Sanji you are deluded. You've always been an anti-sanji moderator. Wish you were removed from that position.

Also you have any stat's for that? Cause last time I checked WCI had way more engagement than now. Absolutely disgraceful you are making stuff up.

"That right there was a violation personally I wouldn't have that."

Sanji fans have to be one of the most deluded fandom I've ever seen ngl.

zolocucks finally saw zolo's ceiling that's the reason why they left in droves:gokulaugh:

I remember when zolocucks hype zolo to the moon during FI, Punkhazard, and dressrosa:suresure:

You have always been a grave offender of hiding your biased Sanji take behind superficial objective language.

What data are you using for this? Because the measurable historical data available from one of the largest One Piece communities shows the opposite.

The archived r/OnePiece chapter-discussion figures are:

Code:
Chapter 838: 599 upvotes | 1,133 comments
Chapter 839: 508 upvotes | 905 comments
Chapter 841: 1,195 upvotes | 1,641 comments
Chapter 843: 1,218 upvotes | 1,564 comments
Chapter 844: 2,978 upvotes | 1,488 comments
Chapter 850: 2.6K upvotes | 2.4K comments
Chapter 856: 1.6K upvotes | 1.3K comments
Chapter 863: 3.8K upvotes | 2.3K comments
The Sanji backstory began receiving heavy focus around Chapter 841. Activity did not fall from that point:

• Chapter 841, centered on Sanji’s childhood and family, had 1,195 upvotes and 1,641 comments.

• Chapter 843, centered on Sanji’s attempted rejection of Luffy, had 1,218 upvotes and 1,564 comments.

• Chapter 844, “Luffy vs. Sanji,” had 2,978 upvotes and 1,488 comments.

Compared with Chapter 839, Chapter 844 had 486% more upvotes and 64% more comments. That is an engagement spike, not a drop to the lowest level.

Chapter 850, built around Sanji discovering Pudding’s deception, reached approximately 2,600 upvotes and 2,400 comments. Chapter 856, the Luffy–Sanji reconciliation, reached approximately 1,600 upvotes and 1,300 comments.

The same subreddit subsequently voted:

Code:
Best One Piece chapter of 2016: Chapter 844, “Luffy vs. Sanji”
Best One Piece character of 2016: Sanji
So, for the one large contemporary community for which exact archived activity figures are readily available, the claim that interest reached its lowest during the Sanji material is factually incorrect.

As for the character comparison, the official poll conducted during WCI in 2017 produced:

Code:
1. Luffy — 11,737 votes
2. Zoro — 10,442 votes
3. Sanji — 10,215 votes
4. Law — 7,997 votes
5. Shanks — 2,010 votes
Sanji received 97.8% as many votes as Zoro, 27.7% more votes than Law and over five times as many votes as Shanks.

The 2021 worldwide poll produced:

Code:
1. Luffy
2. Zoro
3. Nami
4. Sanji — 970,286 points
5. Law — 646,686 points
6. Shanks
The latest official worldwide-poll midterm ranking in 2026 is:

Code:
1. Luffy
2. Zoro
3. Sanji
4. Law
5. Shanks
Popularity polls are not identical to chapter-discussion activity, so they cannot prove that one character “caused” readership. They can, however, test your specific hierarchy of fan interest.

The data consistently supports Luffy and generally Zoro ranking above Sanji. It does not support your placement of Law or Shanks above him. In the WCI-era Japanese poll, the 2021 worldwide poll and the current 2026 worldwide midterm ranking, Sanji placed above both.

Therefore:

1. No evidence has been provided for the claim about “OP communities” collectively.
2. The directly measurable r/OnePiece activity contradicts the alleged WCI/Sanji trough.
3. The official polls contradict the claim that Sanji is not competitive with Law or Shanks in fan interest.
4. Nothing presented establishes that Sanji caused any decline in community activity.

Unless you have an actual cross-platform dataset showing otherwise, this appears to be personal recollection presented as a statistic.
