I know we've been going over this for the 1412455178th time - i also know that a lot of things are contradictory and hard to imagine - i just meant that with "Shuri Freed from the Ice Plot" - the chances of it happening are not zero - although still very small.

1) He used hammers also against Mr. 4 and Perona (at least a fake).

2) That is the difficult thing but it can happen if Oda wants and gives it a good explanation.

3) Oda can make it shrink, I don't see that much of a problem

but admirals have already been portrayed below Yonko level. Kuzan being humiliated against Old Garp, Shanks humiliating Greenbull, Kizaru losing to Luffy.

Harald matched Xebec one time and fought him one other time and we don’t see them being equally here, if anything Xebec looked superior.

Loki with a new fruit power up & a legendary weapon+ another powerful fruit being Amped Harald is huge.

still doesn’t put him in the god tier realm or above Kaido like most people think. His ceiling is Shanks.
