It’s not going to be too hard to surpass both Soul King Yhwach’s and Kaguya’s designs and powers. Oda has had, what, 10-plus years to think about how to create an actual final boss design after Yhwach and Kaguya showed up. Imu, as the final boss, gets an A+ for design. Epic stuff.

Imu is a bootleg Shinrabanshoman; Yhwach's design is simple but effective. I'd even put Kaguya over Imu too.

Kaguya feels like entirely god type shi, if none can sense her strength she is just plain Hyuga looking pale skin girl. But her threat is planetary.
Ywatch looks like menace and delivers it.
Imu looks like Circus joker.

I frankly hate this extreme transformations. Naruto looks more sick in Senjutsu mode than So6P.

Imu's design just feels so out of place compared to everyone else on his side. The Gorosei all dress in business suits/one kimono. And the Holy Knights dress in Napoleonic military uniforms.

So...he's like some twink Conan the Barbarian?

Ywhach looks like a lot of guys from the 1970's, with the long hair and sideburns. I guess if you are fine with your villain being a cosplayer of Lemmy from Motorhead, it's okay.

And nobody cares about Kaguya.
